Our equipment grinds up to 326 inches of materials continuously, so we ensure that your knife sets are ground to exceed OEM specifications every time. We grind under a full flood coolant to protect your knives so that they don’t have their temper removed. This process helps make the blades longer-lasting.

For metal shears, we exceed American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards by keeping a tolerance within .001 over a 250” length. Our state-of-the-art grinding machines use a full flood coolant system to keep blades cool during operations.
