Our state-of-the-art machines are capable of grinding any tooth spacing or helix within 0.0005. This process is done under high-pressure flood coolant systems to guarantee no burns or stress cracks on the rotor due to overheating. Then, our technicians grind the inside flute and primary and secondary angles for exact geometric tooth profiles.

Repair for Pelletizer Rotors
We fix broken pelletizer teeth, remove old blades, install new detachable blades, rebuild bearing journals, and perform thread repair. Our CNC department follows the required procedures to provide repaired particular rotors of excellent workmanship that deliver the best performance and pellet consistency.

Feed Roller Reconditioning and Recovering
We offer reconditioning and repair services for pelletizer feed rollers with worn-out or damaged rubber. We visually inspect feed rollers and check bearing journals for damage. In some cases, we can repair bearing journals while replacing the rubber.
Our shop also supplies new lower and upper feed rollers. These include both knurled and serrated styles.
