Make Your Blades Last

Give carbide spray coats a try if you want to decrease the knife wear and tear that glass-filled material cause. We offer other solutions that increase wear resistance as well, such as cryogenic treatments and carbide inlays.

Your Source of Granulator Replacements

Our friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable sales staff provides customers with the proper knife or screen for their application. We use in-house testing equipment to determine the chemistry of your current knives so that we can provide an equal or superior material for your application.

Most available replacements are from our in-house stock, but we also manufacture products we do not have. Our team produces knives and screens that meet your specifications from a variety of steel materials, such as D2 and other specialty steels. Count on us to work on your replacements efficiently and be transparent with you about the job’s lead time.
